The first time you heard of a campaign against plastic, I bet you thought it’s one of those disruptive 21st century trends that would die with time. Or you wonder just how your using plastic harms anyone at all.  Well, the good news is that the campaign against plastic is here to stay.

THE HUMANS

16.2 million people were newly displaced by conflict and violence in 2017 alone – this amounts to 44,000 people being forced from their homes every day. An additional 18.8 million people were displaced by natural disasters.

THE ANIMALS

Animal cruelty includes intentional, malicious acts of harm and less clear-cut situations where the needs of an animal are neglected. Violence against animals has been linked to a higher likelihood of criminal violence and domestic abuse.

THE OCEANS

Global warming is causing sea levels to rise, factories and industrial plants discharge sewage and other runoff into the oceans, oil spills pollute our seas , and overfishing is a serious problem in many parts of the world.

THE EARTH

There are plenty of things you can do every day to help reduce greenhouse gases and your carbon footprint to make a less harmful impact on the environment. Taking care of the Earth is not just a responsibility, it's a necessity.
